Constellation sessions
Seeing what is difficult to see from within
When patterns keep repeating in your personal life or in your relationships, there can be something underneath the visible situation that is difficult to see from within it.
Constellation work offers a way of looking at the wider system of relationships, loyalties, belonging and patterns that may have been carried through generations.
What is it?
Constellation work is a way of exploring the relationships and systems that surround us, and how they may influence the way we experience our lives today.
Sometimes, difficult experiences or events in a family system can continue to have an influence long after they have happened. They may show up in everyday life as recurring patterns, tensions, difficulties or a sense of being blocked without fully understanding why.
By bringing these dynamics into view, we create an opportunity to see something from a different perspective. What has been difficult to see, acknowledge or find a place for can begin to shift, opening space for greater clarity and new possibilities.
In my work, I use constellation techniques based on the principles developed by Bert Hellinger. The process allows us to explore aspects of a situation that may be difficult to access through conscious thought and conversation alone.
Who is it for?
Constellation work can be relevant when you find yourself caught in a pattern that you understand intellectually, but somehow cannot seem to change.

You don't need to know exactly what is going on before you come.
We begin with a chat about what is disturbing you at the moment.
What happens in a session?
A constellation is a facilitated exploration of the system around a particular issue.
Rather than talking only about the situation, we give the different people, relationships or themes involved a physical representation in space. Depending on what feels appropriate, I may use pebbles, small figurines or pieces of cloth to represent family members, other people involved, or more abstract elements such as 'the relationship', 'money', 'conflict', 'war' or 'the best version of yourself'.
This creates a different way of looking at the situation. As the elements are placed and explored, relationships and dynamics can become visible in ways that are difficult to access through talking and thinking alone.
I don't tell you what your situation means or what you should do. I hold the space and facilitate the process, allowing what wants to become visible to emerge.
A constellation can bring clarity, relief or a new sense of possibility. It does not need to provide a neat answer. Whatever arises during the process, there is space to pause, feel and allow it to unfold.
Practical details
individual constellation session: 900kr. or €120
Sessions are approximately 75 minutes.
The first session takes 90 minutes, as it includes some additional time to explore your family lineage and create a genogram as part of the constellation process.
Sessions can take place online via Zoom or in person in my studio in Skælskør.
For online sessions, the constellation can be created using objects available to us in our respective spaces.
In the studio, I have a selection of objects and materials we can work with.
