We are in constant transformation during the journey that's called life. The person who you were ten years ago, isn’t the same you as today, not even the same as yesterday, or this morning. So how to say who “I am”?  I wish everyone to have the courage to wake up and transform when getting shaken. Even though it can be scary and it will be tough at times.. The butterfly can only spread its wings, by crawling out of the cocoon where it was savely sleeping. It will be worth it. It always is.
